He cannot eat, but runs on a fusion engine that has been augmented to also maintain his organic half.
The exhaust pipes on his back are attached to a ventilation system that simultaneously air-cools the engine and supplies his organs with oxygen, this system can also be temporarily be inverted to function as a jetpack.

Character Description: Xack Trevor is a cyborg built and weaponized by Raymond G. Fissure and his daughter Caroline M. Fissure.
Xack was orphaned at 10-years-old, his single mother falling ill with a strange new disease that caused spontaneous combustion, resulting not only in the death of his mother, but the destruction of his family home.
Now homeless, he wandered the streets with his 4-year-old sister Valorie, surviving however they could, but his misfortune would not end here.
One summer morning, Xack and Valorie ventured into the woods and stumbled upon an intimidating cloaked trio of elves, sparring while going over their plans for world domination.
After being discovered, Xack and Valorie were attacked by the eldest member of the group, who immediately incinerated Valorie, disintegrated Xack’s left side, and left him for dead.
However, Xack fell into the grotesquely polluted river running through the city, which preserved his organs and kept him alive, carrying his unconscious body back to the inner-city where he was found by the young Carolyn Fissure, who promptly informed her father.
Xack awoke 15 years later to find the left half of his body replaced by robotics. After meeting Carolyn officially, he’s informed that the world is now ruled by the cloaked stranger: Vittoro.
the man who took the last of his family, half his body, and the remainder of his childhood, now reigned as the emperor of the new world order.
Thanks to the efforts of the fissure scientists, his robot half is equipped with a plasma gun and several other weapons he can use to fight.
However, Dr. Raymond Fissure perished, and many details of Xack’s design were lost along with him during Vittoro’s uprising.
Now Caroline fissure assists Xack as he learns the functions of his unique robotics and fights the Black Dimension army and the Dark Emperor Vittoro.
