He can pressurize and fire the plasma as a massive beam, expel it from his feet to levitate, warp the air around it to create illusions or cloak himself, suspend and control small fireballs, and Surround himself with it to create a force-field.

Character Description: Vittoro Zertemix is part of a sub-species of humanoid creatures resembling elves which evolved as a result of catastrophic environmental damage.
The elves native to the landmass created by this event, developed the ability to manipulate thier spirit-energy (commonly refered to as 'aura') in ways unique to each sub-species.
As a young man, vittoro left the continent of arogothin and travelled the world, eventually falling in love with a human woman from europe.
However, as time passed, he became embittered by the ways of the world outside of arogothin, repulsed by the greed and corruption of human leadership.
This resentment would come to a head when returning to his home with his wife and new-born son for an elven christening, only to have his village raided by human soldiers, resulting in his wife's death.
From there he would travel again, now to the end of rallying every elf, mutant, etc. willing to fight for his cause; to depose humans from their role as the dominant species of earth.
