Character Description: Doctor Reginald Ottomine (aka Rotto) is the physical powerhouse of the Black Dimension army’s top seven.
Rotto was once a famed biologist who specialized in medical experimentation.
At the peak of his career; he discovered cures for Parkinson’s disease, 5 different forms of cancer, and a new epidemic; pyrolica (an affliction that developed in 2894 that caused intense dehydration and fever that would increase until the victim’s body burst into flames).
These were revolutionary discoveries that would no doubt put Reginald’s name in medical history the world over... or they would have, if they were ever released to the public.
Unfortunately, many parties made millions on the treatments for these afflictions, and if cured completely, entire industries would be destroyed.
Realizing this, they had Rotto and his lab assistant, Orre thrown into a mysterious lake of black and green toxic waste and left them for dead. However, instead of killing them, Rotto and Orre were mutated, causing their skin to change into a thick, rocky substance resembling concrete.
Since Orre was thrown in first, he was completely mutated, and grew large enough to catch Rotto before he was completely submerged in the liquid.
After being betrayed and deformed, Rotto spent several weeks in hiding with orre before hearing of Vittoro's uprising and enlisting into his army.
Rotto believes that the greed of those in power will suppress any meaningful progress forever unless they are removed from leadership, and thus dedicates himself fully to Vittoro's rule, despite subjugating his species in the process.
